::Driver stopped at a gas station on the outskirts of Nairobi to let myself and some other passengers off who didn't want to go into the CBD. Despite us flagging that we needed to get our luggage off the top, he TOOK OFF and we had to get a cab and follow the shuttle into the city to retrieve our baggage. Would NOT recommend.

::Office staff very helpful. Changed my ticket at no cost. Picked me up from my hotel as promised. PS: this is the booking office, the shuttles bus station is bear Impala hotel You can also purchase the ticket at the bus station.

::It was by far the worst ride of my life. We were supposed to have a booking on Impala shuttle but it was changed without informing us. The driver was rash and reckless . He was picking up passengers on the way and collecting money from them. The seats were uncomfortable, bags were kept in the aisle. No fresh air as all windows were closed and no airconditioning. We were not dropped at our hotel in Nairobi as promised. Overall an uncomfortable and unpleasant 7 hours from Arusha to Nairobi. Advise people to avoid Riverside.
