Outside and Michael are high quality, fast tailors in Area C. I dropped off the kitenge fabric and got measured on Saturday, and they finished the skirt and blouse by Tuesday evening. Both needed small adjustments, which they made on the spot. Michael created a new design for me based on photos of dresses on their wall, and I've also heard they're great at copying other garments. I paid 10,000 TSH for the skirt and 15,000 for the blouse. Speaking Swahili or bringing a friend to translate is helpful.
