::Their company policy is to not offer purchase on approval! Even 5 minutes after purchase!! Talk about not being customer-oriented! Realised the USB cable did not fit my camera and demanded to speak to the manager as they refused to take it back, even as the package was complete! The manager was very rude and hang up on me! Go to Game instead, much better service!

::Bought a usb cable at this place and when we found out it was the wrong cable 5 minutes later (tried it on a Nikon camera at a shop next door) we went back to the shop to return the cable and then the man in the shop says we can't return it. When we asked why he said because we bought it already. We told him that we were there 5 min ago, we just wanted to try the cable, and now that we found out it's the wrong size we have no use of it. He still said no. We told him that we never heard of a place were you can't return something after just 5 min, that's very bad service. He said it's not possible to return it, he called his boss to confirm it. We also talked to his boss on the phone and he told us the same thing, he was very ignorant and said it's the companys policy and just hung up on us. Worst service EVER! They obviously don't care about their customers at all!
